Does my broker need to approve the referral arrangement?

In most cases yes, referral fees must comply with your brokerage agreement and TREC regulations. We recommend confirming with your broker. We are happy to provide documentation for your review in advance of any agreement.

Will Numouve ever contact my client directly without my knowledge?

No. We work through you at every stage. Your client is your client. We will never communicate with your client without your involvement or consent.

What happens if my client decides not to move forward with Numouve?

Nothing changes. There is no obligation at any stage. The relationship, and your client, remain entirely yours.

How quickly can Numouve evaluate a situation once I bring it to you?

Most situations can be evaluated within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the property information. When there is urgency, a closing deadline, a builder expiration, we move as fast as the situation demands.

Do you work in all Texas markets?

We serve agents and clients across Texas and support select multi-state transactions. If you have a specific market in mind, reach out and we'll confirm coverage before we start.
